A new public service window from the Property Registry is now operating in Quito’s Historic Center, offering easier access to assistance for residents handling property-related procedures.

The service point is located inside the La Manzana shopping center, at the corner of García Moreno and Rocafuerte streets in the Colonial Quarter. It began operating earlier this year and has already assisted more than 700 people.

The space is designed to provide priority attention to senior citizens, pregnant women, and people with disabilities, helping streamline processes that can often be time-consuming.

At the new window, visitors can:

  • Check the status of ongoing applications
  • Create accounts for the online system
  • Receive guidance on completing certificate and registration requests

Service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The initiative is aimed at improving access and support for residents navigating property registration services in one of the city’s busiest areas.
